Teamwork is essential for competing in a challenging and constantly changing business environment. Working together across all job functions is critical to achieving our success.
Ethics and Compliance
We take pride in the high standards of conduct that we identify with as a company. We have controls in place relating to compliance with our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“Code”), including a requirement for employees and the Board of Directors to review and
understand the requirements of our Code, as well as an established whistleblower hotline and related procedures.
We conduct training on our Code upon hire, and in regular intervals during the employee’s life cycle with us. The most recent ethics training for all salaried employees was conducted in the fourth quarter of 2019.
